Happy Holidays to everyone!

I have had an exciting year working and going to school.  I had some easy classes this semester at CSU San Marcos like Chemistry and Sociology of Stratification.  But don't think it was all fun and games for me.  Oh no, I had my golf class to keep me challenged academically.  Yes, it was difficult going to the driving range and putting green all those Thursdays.  And, I think it goes without saying, that it was pretty grueling sitting through Tin Cup and Caddyshack but I made it and I'm keeping my fingers crossed about my grade.

I, too, had fun during our trip to Chicago.  One of the most exciting moments for me came in the John Hancock Building.  No, it wasn't the spectacular view from the observation deck but rather what I saw in the lobby:  A sculpture by one of my favorite artists, Roy Lichtenstein.  It was fun to see one of his works in person.

Well, I decided to quit my peripheral jobs as a crimefighter and a hat model so that I could devote all of my employment hours to my job as an E.S.S. aide right here in the Poway Unified School District.  I have been at the same school for over two years.  Many of my peers finish school and remark with great dismay, "Oh man.  School is over and now I gotta go to work!" But, I am one of the lucky few that says, "All right!  School's out and I get to go to work."  It's a great job and all of the kids and staff make it a lot of fun.

Well, I hope you have a wonderful end of the year/beginning of the new millennium.

Merry Christmas!
