Your family is sure growing up, as is ours. Helen Beard lived with us for the last 7 months, and died Nov. 1 here, in her home. All the children were here during the week before and after. Our oldest daughter, Sarah is in her 2nd year at LBCC, and Amy is doing her 1st year there. Jermont is 8 years old now, and is growing taller every minute. His current favorites are The Hobbit, and Harry Potter. We're doing fine and getting old too! Hope you all have a great Christmas. Things up here in Northridge are going well. Our family went to Africa last year and cared for children at a missionary conference and are looking to do the same next year on an island off of Australia called Vanautu. Dear Foote Family, I really enjoyed your message and especially Amy's page. I think of her when I wear the Christmas pin she gave me. I write the student's name and year on gifts.

2001 has been a year of sadness and loss. My beloved German Shep. died in Jan--she had cancer and we didn't know it. Amy might remember me bringing her to school. My husband has been unemployed since April,and God is teaching us lots of lessons about our faith. We know He has the right job for Gary however, we sure would like a "time slot" as to when he will get it. HAHA

I am still at Twin Peaks and was looking towards retirement in the next couple of years. We will see what God has planned for us.
